I am in the uk no GP has mentioned IC to me but I’m thinking it could be this.

• My white blood cells are very high when I’m in a lot of pain and lower the less pain I have
• I need to check for sure but I’m pretty sure the drs said it didn’t grow bacteria
• d mannose reduces the level of pain, paracetamol if it’s really bad
• when I pee, it starts to get painful half way through and especially towards the end of peeing. This pain is in my uretha and even bladder
• even before and after peeing my general pee hole can hurt
• even been told my pee hole looked a bit sore external
• I get sudden urges to pee and it’s had to hold
• suspected pelvic floor issues as I have constipation too
• a little more normal discharge than usual
• I get mild ache feeling in my kidneys. Took antibiotics for UTI but was on and off helping. I still experiencing these symptoms for 5 weeks now

Been cleared for the normal stds & HIV but I’m thinking genitial mycoplasma is a possibility so might test for that. Been to sexual health clinic and it’s not thrush and thrush cream didn’t help. I also have poor gut health/SIBO. Idk whether to start treatment for my SIBO or not?
