Does anyones external pee hole hurt?

Like it hurts, it hurts when I pee but hurts more when I drink alcohol (even vodka and plain coconut water) it hurts on my vulva/outside of my pee hole is now really sore but extreme levels of pain toward the end if peeing: anyone else? How did you cope? My general uretha and bladder hurts too
D mannose helped but the I drank vodka :( now it’s back … can’t cope m
