I just got diagnosed with IC today by a urologist, although myself and other doctors have speculated it for a few months now! I started getting urinary frequency and pelvic pain/discomfort out of the blue in February and it just never went away. I got tested for UTI’s multiple times and all were negative, so I’m glad I have a diagnosis finally, just kinda lost at what to do next! Im wondering how you guys know what foods are triggers for you and what that feels like for y’all? I don’t get any burning pain and rarely any pain with sex but it’s near constant pelvic pain and urinating allll the time and it drives me crazy! I hardly ever have relief or good/bad days so Im not sure where to even start? Do I just cut out all the foods on the avoid list and see if that helps? It seems like so much. Is there anything that seems to be a particular trigger for almost everyone that I should definitely avoid? Any other tricks and tips that have helped you guys? Anything helps!!
