I have two appts tomorrow ones is my urologist and other my primary care. I go in in the morning for a bladder instill which surprisingly is the first treatment they’ve put me on idk if I can tell if they are working a week and a half ago was my first round after not seeing them in almost a yr. Needless to say I’ve been in a bad flare I know they say it’ll get bad before it gets better, but I’m absolutely miserable, I’ve been having what I think may be kidney pain, my pain is usually intolerable at night. I’m at a loss at what to do I need help was maybe going to talk to the do ctors both of them about possibly amitriptyline as I’ve read that people have had success with that I’m only 27. I’m still young but I feel hopeless. They talked to me about doing another hydrodisention and also adding Botox but to be completely honest I don’t think I want either. I struggle with output most times usually pain trying to void and feels like I never fully do even just a few drops is so painful I’m limited as far as diet goes due to gluten and obviously try not to do much irritants as far as food goes I’m unsure where to turn Any advice on what to talk with my doctor about would be greatly appreciated

Side note. I’m seeing my primary care about concerns of possibly having POTS I have quite the similarity in symptoms of it and wondering if this could be affecting me so badly due to other issues going on in my body. I’m in so much pain my whole body
