Globe Postpaid Sim Only Plan Activation Issues

Hello! I recently switched from Globe prepaid to postpaid using the same number. I was given a different sim in the store. 24 hours later my line was successfully updated as Postpaid account. However things aren’t going as planned.

The main issue in getting right now is I cant send text messages. I get an error that my text messages are “Not Delivered”, but the recipient gets the text multiple times. Has anyone had the same issue? How did you get it fixed? Thank you!

I tried restarting the phone, and inserted my sim to another phone but even after doing that, the issue is still persistent.
