MNP from Globe Postpaid to SMART Infinity - I am this close to being an irate customer

Has anyone encountered the same “Unable to process” issue when porting from Globe to Smart? This is happening when I try to send “1” to confirm the MNP process but it always results to that issue. It’s already 24 hours and my signal is already deactivated and I cannot receive calls and OTPs.

I already filed a complaint with TCI and NTC but I am not sure if this issue is in Smart’s end.
