Makakasuhan ba ako sa non-payment ng PLDT?

So I received this text today. I stopped paying my PLDT a few months ago due to lack of funds. They stopped the service na rin. Ang tanong ko is makakasuhan ba ako at makukulong ba ako dahil dito sa non-payment ko of PLDT? What should I do? Wala rin naman akong pambayad immediately.
