Hi! I’m 20M from Tondo, Manila. For the past week, our Globe Wi-Fi has been inconsistent kasi either makaka-connect lang sa Wi-Fi is yung both laptop and phone ko or phone ko lang mismo while it works fine naman sa devices ng family ko. Actually, even now, nagsstruggle na rin magconnect yung phone ko sa Wi-Fi. I’ve looked up ways on how to do home troubleshooting (resetting network settings/drivers, restarting router), and gumana naman siya for a while. Kaso now, my laptop can’t connect to the Wi-Fi na at all, and my phone naman kailangan talaga i-network reset every time galing ako sa labas where I’ve used my mobile data the whole day along with restart ng router. Is this a problem with my devices or sa Globe na mismo? Any helpful input would be appreciated. Thank you!
tl;dr, my devices cant connect to Globe Wi-Fi while it works fine with my family’s devices. Is it a problem with my devices or with Globe itself?
