About 2 weeks ago, there was an outage. When it got fixed with everyone else, ours wasn't. A tech came, and "fixed" it (see pics). He basically replaced the fibr wire with a shorter one, reason behind is that the reading is just "too high" . It worked for a day, and went down again. CS says its an isolated case, and nothing they can do about it. I asked for a modem replacement, but no tech came. They are dispatching a tech, but its been a week and no one came.
I live in Santa Rosa Laguna and decided to get royal cable instead (converge is not yet available in my area).
Ngayon pa talaga kung kelan pasukan. Hays.
