PLDT 1299 but I am getting 200+ mbps most times

Idk pero baka biased yung Google Speedtest. Not really sure. But I am getting 200 mbps most times. Pinakamababa kong nakuha was 99 mbps. I am curious kung maoovercharge ba ako for this. Should I inform them? Nagpakabit lang naman ako for self learning, studies, hopefully freelancing gigs in the future, and calls with my loved ones. Ako lang gumagamit.
But nabigla ako na consistently ganito speed. Should I be worried?
