I turned 30 this year. Definitely feel like it changed my life - less BS and more what do I want? I'm still figuring that out. I know I do want friends.

So who am I? Im someone who constantly works on herself. Definitely her harshest critic. I'm an overthinker and Im always going to have my opinion on things - but Im open to other peoples too. Mainly, things have to make sense. I find people fascinating and I admit I sometimes have a bad habit of asking too many questions. Im pretty sure I'm neurodivergent and have a propensity towards brusque language. I think I'm misunderstood a lot tbh so I would like someone who is open minded or patient enough to coax some of my more provacative words into meaning. I'm working on it myself, dw. I dont get sarcasm tbh. I mean like - I understand what sarcasm is but Idk why people use it and I will most likely interpret it as oh they dont know. Lemme tell them. I like jigsaw puzzles, deep conversations, and food. Food is huge. (that was all over the place and yes that's what youre going to get with meeee)

Im looking for friendships that are genuine. What does this look like? People who are invested in talking (voice chat, calls, or text) for more than a couple weeks, like way longer. That there's clearly thought and consideration in what you're saying and how you listen. Someone who is always working on themselves. Who are looking to support and want support. Like we could talk about your bad day or something funny that happened. Epiphanies I had. Or even something new. Like, I just recently learned about the peanut butter reese thingy. TBH I still dont know what it is but maybe Ill go get some candy because people are saying its delicious. Btw the last time I went down the candy aisle I could smell the sugar and it was a lot. I couldnt believe we ate this and thought this was delicious. Your 30s change!

Anyhow, thats what Im looking for. I think Im a good friend and lets get this friendship started!
