Hey everyone I just got rejected from a top tier school in Singapore. I have 14 years of teaching experience, lots of IB experience, hold an Examiner and curriculum developer role in IB as well. I interviewed for psychology which is the subject I have my masters in. I have a post graduate diploma in international education, another masters but no teaching license/PGCE. I went through two rounds of interviews.
Could anyone offer some insight into what could have possibly happened? This is my first international teaching interview and of course I'm disappointed but need to learn from the experience. I'm from India and hold an Indian passport and have taught here itself.
I believe the interview went decently.
