Is it time for new coils?

Just got my fenders rolled today because with the new tires I have I’ve been rubbing really bad. After it was done the guy told me he thinks one of shocks is blown because it has a lot of play compared to the other side. When I popped the hood I saw my driver side coil is missing the nut and washer around the dampening adjustment. Idk how long I’ve been driving like this. Is this fixable with a matching nut and washer or is it time to drop these and get a set of BC?
