Got a flat and after replacing with spare it won’t start

Like the title says that’s what happened and I had to call triple A. No crank when key is turned, battery was replaced about a year ago, when it’s quiet I here a small noise almost like it’s my starter but nothing happens. Also if I try starting my car multiple times my lights tend to go dim. Gonna bring it to a shop on Friday after I get paid but just want to know what you guys think it may be.
