1999 GSR wheel recommendations

I have a 99 GSR that has 15 inch blades on it. I love the wheels but 2 need to be replaced. I can find them on eBay for $322 a piece. I want to keep it as stock as possible but if I’m gonna spend over $600 on wheels I might as well get a new set. Ideally I’d get a set of ITR wheels but real ones can be pricey. I’d also love a set of spoon sw33’s or a Mugen design all these are more money then I want to spend. So with a max budget of $250 per wheel what would you guys recommend. 16 or 15 inch wheel preferred. Exterior color is SSBP.
