Insurgency on Xbox Series X

Push to talk not working. Pressing LB, says it can be heard by teammates but is not. There is an icon on the upper right corner of the screen. It is a red icon with around four or five bars, similar to a mobile icon signal. It is crossed by a slanted red line. I'm assuming it means there is no signal. (?) Other team members can be heard but no one can hear my transmission.
Tried all suggestions everywhere but to no avail. Any ideas if it's the game on the console or the console itself?
