Broker at Marsh. Industry salary question

Using my throwaway for this for obvious reasons. I’ve been a commercial new business broker with Marsh coming up on 5 years now and I feel that I am grossly underpaid. My base salary is $71k. Just want to gather some comparisons that I can use to make a decision whether I want to stay with Marsh or start to look elsewhere. Just want to know base pay for other commercial new business brokers. Based in NYC. Thank you
