So… i extremely new with life insurance and I’m not licensed yet but I’m looking to get licensed and the best route to go for an inexperienced newbie who has no idea what they’re doing lol. I’m reading all reviews and comments and it’s so damn overwhelming and mixed information. I guess that really only means one thing, there’s no right or wrong way? I’ve been reading to not go independent just starting out, don’t buy leads as a newbie, don’t work with Primerica, find a mentor, don’t work for an IMO, you only make good money by recruiting and building a team. It’s just too much lol. Here’s what I’m looking for. 1. I rather NOT work under one carrier, I like providing clients with options that fit them, working under like New York life, globe life, etc u can’t do that I’m assuming., 2. I DO NOT want to start off building a team or recruiting yet and don’t want to be with IMO that focuses on that. 3. Sponsors licenses, ( only wanna pay for license fee and exam fee) 4. Cares are new agent’s success and provides and takes time withextensivetraining, learning the ends and outs of the business, shadowing, one on ones, sales training and not just videos and random seminars/zoom meetings here and there 5. Doesn’t push paid leads and teaches how to utilize and gain free leads (I don’t want to and cannot invest $500-1000s a week for leads) 6. Family oriented but not cult like lol 7. No MLMs whatsoever 8. Allows to start off part time and work flexible hours If you have a legit advice and things you’re learned from being a newbie, please comment! Also any good mentors who helps get licensed and good IMO recommendations from my requirements above! Thanks!!
