Hey Iām in kansas in a very low population area. The agent Iām working for stated when I started that what I get in new business would be mine as I service the policies and everything. I am now 18 months in am now told I do not get renewal commission (nothing in writing). Then Iām having a couple of slow months started getting treated like I do not do anything. He gave me a $100 a month base pay raise and then proceeded to tell me that if I didnāt start writing more I would see a commission percent change to āmake me hungrierā I get my last stub and he changed the commission so much that I would have been better off to stay at my old base pay. What should I do I took this job as itās with an old friend of my dads but we both never thought heād be like this.
