I was involved in a hit and run car accident. I need advice please. My two children were with me when Mr Wilson hit us from behind and then fled scene. The impact was enough to push me into the driver ahead of me. We were in a traffic stand waiting for the red light . Mr Wilson crashed his car a block away causing it to tip over. I have liability which I'm learning is a waste of money. Mr wilson insurance is saying that they will deny the claim as it was his brother who was driving his car without permission. Officer saying his wife gave him permission to drive it . At this point I feel his insurance is trying not to pay me anything. Any advice or tip reference to a lawyer would be appreciated. I am due to see my doctor about my headaches and constant pain in thoractic area. I might need a chiropractor I'm not sure yet .
