Will my LTD premium increase after cancer diagnosis?
Post Body

Hi, insurance folks! I was diagnosed with early-stage breast cancer about 6 months ago and am currently in treatment.

I have an annual meeting with my insurance agent coming up, and I'm wondering whether I must/should let him know and how it might affect my existing long-term disability policy. I'm not planning to claim LTD because I'm doing well and still working, but I wonder whether my LTD premium can be increased because of the diagnosis.

Any thoughts or advice? Thanks!
