Ridiculous PT coverage

Post Body

So I was in a bad car accident early December (hit n run so my insurance is footing the bill). Shattered both my knees and an ankle. Pins and plates in all 3 joints. Can't put weight on my legs till mid March. Dr instructed me to do home therapy till I'm healed up enough to actually start some real PT. I have the second best plan out of the 4 offered by our company. Just got a letter regarding my in home PT. They cover 5 -15 minute sessions with physical therapy and 1 -15 minute session with occupational therapy. So a total of 90 minutes of therapy to rehab 3 joints. That's absolutely laughable. No idea what I'm gonna do with that. Alright had 4- 30 minute sessions so that 90 minutes is spent already. Do I have any recourse to get them to approve more? This is just ridiculous.
