New Car replacement Insurance Advice

I got my 2022 dodge ram involved in theft and the icbc finally deemed it as a total loss. I have drivesure new car replacement policy.
Icbc offered settlement value = $55k , the loan on the vehicle is $62k. My bill of sale when i bought in 2022 was at $75.5k.
So how will be this insurance dealing with my claim. Thank you
