So got into and car wreck my car was totaled on Nov 30th, a week later after trying to call and talk to the adjuster she instead just sends over a document with what we will get for the car and the rental car return date. which i read it i saw that she had put the wrong date on it Nov 26th. obvilsuly we didn't sigh it. Now we were told by the insurance agent that the recent bills for repairs can also me compensated so when we finally got ahold of the adjuster she said we will take it into account. another week goes by of reaching out trying to figure out what's going on. we finally get ahold of the agent and he tells us that the adjuster told him she talked with us 2 times which was untrue so now its mid Dec. at this point not really getting anywhere with Xmas and the New Year around the corner we were forced to return the car on the 28th now were without a car from the 28th and still no info coming from either agent or adjuster, can i be compensated for this time with out car and without check to get a new car?
