Insurance claim with my name and lien holders name

Financed a car through a private dealership. Recently got into an accident. Called insurance and repairs were about $2300. Insurance sent out a check with my name and lien holders name. But also the car had been repo’d for me being just 4 days late on payment (stupid, I know). Never received the car back. How can I profit off of this? Can I still cash the check? Or if I give the private dealer the check to endorse will they send me anything?
