Hiya,

Got into an accident this morning. Called the police, got a report. Not my fault, older lady. Car was towed to a...lot I guess? I guess my questions are: where do I go from here? I'm getting..mixed signals from family and friends.

• Do I call my insurance tomorrow and provide the report or not call them? Mom wants me to wait and go through their insurance.

• I had a passenger in my car and she didn't want to provide ID to the police. She wants to do so now because she got whiplash. (went to the Urgent Care). Is this okay?

-I Also got whiplash? I was fine at the scene, but I'm finding out there's pain in my neck and chest even though it was a small crash. I'm planning on calling out tomorrow and going to my physician because it's getting worse. I said I was fine at the scene, do I not bring it up?

• was not able to get pictures on the scene of my vehicle. Got some of theirs. I'm going to the lot tomorrow to get some of mine.
