Post Body

I own a building

2 years ago we one of our floors started to leak water. It was tracked [?] to a dishwasher that was replaced. Insurance paid for floor replacement.

Now we have a leak in the same area. Itโ€™s much worse. We just noticed it now, but after removing floor itโ€™s clear is been going on for a while. Insurance adjuster came out and with no research denied claim as normal wear and tear and it not being sudden or accidental

The best guess from experts we have hired after adjuster came out is water tank leak.

Cost will be $100k . Any suggestions on how to proceed or do appreciated.
