No fault rear ended
Post Body

Sad sad day my 2000 Acura integra gsr got rear ended damage really isn’t that bad. I already know they are likely to total my car I also know they are not likely to give me much money at all for the car. Maybe 2500 if I’m lucky. But the problem is the cost to replace is 8-10k. It’s not the book value of it but that’s what they all cost on the market. Is there a way to get more money by fighting for cost of replacement and not value of my car.
