Purchased a home in 2022. Lender applied windstorm to mortgage note to be escrow .
What I discovered recently was mortgage lender got a cheaper deal threw state windstorm when home was technically out of their area to insure and didn't qualify Lender basically lied about location of home to insurance agency to achieve a cheap rate.
Insurance Agency months later found this issue and stopped insuring because it wasent qualify to insure threw state windstorm.
Now my rate is tripple the amount and home not affordable anymore .
What are my options for the bad practice?
