Are there other ways to increase followers organically?

I started a clothing business 2 months ago and have been doing engagement since then. The engagement I do is just commenting on and liking potential followers’ posts. Now I have got 450 followers from only 17 followers.
I have found if I don’t use paid ads, comment or like other posts and just post with hashtags, my reach is very low, maybe like 80 reaches per post.
I am wondering are there any other ways to reach potential followers organically apart from reels and what I have been doing?
