Hello everyone, I think the time has come for me to ask for some help, because I really don't know which way to turn anymore.

I have an instagram page with 2k followers that despite great job satisfaction, fails to grow. Online guides say everything and the opposite of everything.

So a couple of days ago I decided to open a new profile for testing where I deal with body positivity, and the acceptance of my body through photos in the niche of erotic modelling (I want to use instagram as test to accept my body).

Among the many guides that came my way I decided to start following the followers of girls who deal with the same topic as me. I have almost 500 followers now in about 3 days.

But I find this strategy unsuccessful in the long run, I really want to learn how to grow on instagram and the experience I can get now could also serve me on my business account.

1. Is it really important to create 4-5 posts a day? And curate them visually in colours?

2. How do I go about choosing easy hashtags with >1k posts? Does this strategy still make sense?

3. Is the use of tools such as python bots not recommended today? Even for small actions?

Between reels, stories and IGTV I don't know where to direct my efforts. Is there anyone who can help a poor girl who would like to make herself noticed in this world in a serious way? Without using means like fake followers and other bad things? I want to learn, I do not have much money at the moment, I do not pretend to become Chiara Ferragni, but only to understand how to direct my efforts in a productive way.
