My account can't shown to non followers although I deleted the "offending" content

Hello all. My account is orange (can't recommended) for almost 3 weeks. They flagged some bikini pictures of me and I deleted them I also appealed but my account status is stocked om orange without explanation why. Can someone help me? Did you have same experience ? Thank you in advance
