Already tried on multiple wifis and I have 100gb free of storage but this keeps happening

As the title said, the thing is my account just got suspended out of nowhere and whenever I try to take a video recording of myself, this comes up. I also tried reinstalling the app and it resulted to no changes. What should I do?
