Cant follow anyone on new account

Yesterday i made a new instagram account to post geometry dash level completions. Im following other geometry dash accounts and have followed 23 since yesterday. Now i cant follow anyone and it either says try again later, we restrict certain activity or just follows and unfollows straight away. I have the account on 2 devices, but thats the same for my other 2 accounts.
