Is anyone else having their promotions disappear?

Every time I promote my post it shows pending for a few hours, then just says promote again, if I hit promote it tells me it has already been promoted. Iām not getting charged but Iād prefer to get the reach and interactions. Is anyone else having this issue or know how to fix it?
