Why does my engagement keep decreasing? (12k followers)

It seems like everything I post gets less and less likes. I’d get 800-1,000 eight months ago, 500-600 three months ago, and now my most recent posts have struggled to reach 300, despite my number of followers rising? I have 12k followers at the moment as I’ve just gained about 1000, I posted a quick test photo and noticed only 30 likes in 30 minutes. Any idea as to why my engagement has gotten so low and how I can fix it?

I got shadowbanned a very very long time ago, and I’m not anymore, but could this somehow still be effecting my engagement now?
