Didn't Receive Instagram Update

So a bunch of my friends got the update where they can directly reply to messages in group chats, and can like messages with Emojis.
I have a Samsung S9, friends have iPhones and Androids (S8 & S10) I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app many times, I've updated instagram. Downloaded an APK as well, but nothing.
Is there some other way I can get that update?
