Trying to add music through an mp3 file on my phone to my story, any help?

Simple problem, im a music producer, and today I decided to reach out to my fans to give them a snippet of one of my recent songs. I wanted it to just be a little peek, so I copied part of the chorus of the song, pasted it into a entirely new project, and now I have that mp3 on my phone.

Is there anyway I can upload this file into a Instagram story? Or is there any other ideas? I could just record the sound in a video with my phone, but I dont want it to be that low quality.

I'm open to suggestions, and thanks in advance for the help!
