My account has a "temporary block" that's lasted three weeks

Hi all, I was wondering if someone might be able to help me out with this. I had a post in my stories that apparently went against community guidelines (I'm not entirely sure which guideline, but that seems to be the way with instagram) and now a lot of my actions are "temporarily blocked." The most prevalent is that I'm unable to go live. A google search shows that "temporary blocks" should only last 24-48 hours but I've had this block for going on three weeks now. Does anyone know how long it might last? Or what I can do to end it? Thanks in advance!
