How to grow my photography account

https://www.instagram.com/cpture.photography/ is my photography account, it’s been up since July and I’ve done everything I can to try to grow it from hashtags to following followers of famous photographers to shoutouts but it’s just not getting traction. Does anyone have any advice as to how to grow my account (sorry you guys must get spammed with hundreds of the exact same question)
