Anyone else ever deal with this glitch?

Earlier this morning I opened up my feed to be met with the follow people screen. I checked the amount of people I was following was at the round number of 0. Anyone ever dealt with this? If so, is there any remedy at all?

Edit: Issue resolved itself. Opened up Instagram to my stories from accounts I was previously following (which were unavailable when the issue occurred) being viewable, but no posts are in my feed yet. After interacting with some of the story’s origin accounts my feed returned to normal as I was met with posts I’d typically see on a normal day.
