Music copyright workarounds?

I posted a vid of my guitar playing over a song (Prince - I Wanna Be Your Lover), and it got taken down by Instagram.
Are there easy ways about this? Will lowering the mix fix it (it seems to have worked with other songs), or is there other ways of playing the system?
