Problem with my instagram app/Account

I had the Instagram app on my phone and on the app I had 3 different accounts one was my main account the other 2 where just extra accounts, now I rarely use my main account and so I don’t believe the problem comes from there but one of my extra accounts has been banned and ever since then I can not log into any accounts not even my main which I checked and it works fine on the Instagram website.

When I try to relog into my main account it just shows a loading screen but never actually loads anything, is there anything I can do to fix this. Thank you
