today i woke up and whent on my phone to go on instagram and when i first opened instagram, i got a notification saying “We suspended your account, 180 days left to appeal or we'll permanently be disable your account Suspended on September 5, 2024 Why this happened It looks like this account is associated with another account that has gone against our rules. This doesn't follow our Community Guidelines on account integrity and authentic identity”. i got very anxious and nervous because family, friends, and colleagues are all connected with me on instagram, not only did they suspend my account that i use on a daily basis, they suspended all accounts that have no posts and haven’t been used in ages. and all of today i have been trying to contact instagram through their support but their support isnt great. ive looked and seen many people with this same exact issue and im desperately looking for help
