Do my actions on my main instagram effect the explore page on my finsta?

For example, on my main account I basically only like sports posts, and on my finsta I’ve always tried to keep it all food and recipes and stuff like that. But recently my finsta explore tab has been overrun with sports accounts and posts. Also, I haven’t liked or shared or searched anything on my finsta in over a year, but wanted to start eating healthier so I was gonna look for recipes. Maybe that has something to do with it?
