Hello, instagram suspended my account in November. I was getting the “we are reviewing your info” message for months! I tried submitting forms that’s told me to verify my identity on insta first but there was no way to do that as my account was frozen. I found a weird way to submit an appeal ( no appeal form link works now) and it changed to “you submitted an appeal” when I logged in. Now it says they decided to disable my account and I can’t appeal because it’s been over 180 days. I had this account for over 10 years and I really don’t want to lose all my info. I did the download data option and it doesn’t give me my photos and messages and follower list. It only gives me useless data like my profile photo and profile changes and logins stuff like that. Every channel I used to contact instagram through email with only responses like it’s not their department or they can’t help me and to go to the help center. The help center only leads to dead ends. I dont know what to do as I don’t want to lose all the connections I made over the years and my memories. Does anyone know what to do?
