Hello, instagram suspended my account in November. I was getting the âwe are reviewing your infoâ message for months! I tried submitting forms thatâs told me to verify my identity on insta first but there was no way to do that as my account was frozen. I found a weird way to submit an appeal ( no appeal form link works now) and it changed to âyou submitted an appealâ when I logged in. Now it says they decided to disable my account and I canât appeal because itâs been over 180 days. I had this account for over 10 years and I really donât want to lose all my info. I did the download data option and it doesnât give me my photos and messages and follower list. It only gives me useless data like my profile photo and profile changes and logins stuff like that. Every channel I used to contact instagram through email with only responses like itâs not their department or they canât help me and to go to the help center. The help center only leads to dead ends. I dont know what to do as I donât want to lose all the connections I made over the years and my memories. Does anyone know what to do?
