Still unable to upgrade to Messenger in 2023

I have been searching for such a long time, trying to find a way to get upgrade to Messenger option. It is not due to region lock, since ALL my friends have it, I have tried the video call solution but the tv button is missing. Has anyone found a solution yet for this so annoying problem?
