I paid for almost 300$ on an order out of pocket last year in December at the request of an IC Agent. I was in Oregon on vacation visiting my sister and worked a bit out there for the holidays. I have been in and out of agents dms trying to get this fixed to no avail. The receipts are pretty wrinkled so they say they can’t process them but thats like saying im out 300$ over a wrinkled receipt, when they have ALL THE INFO for the fucking order without the receipt. I am so furious and am going to be looking into a small claim to get my money back and if theres more people who they have dicked around maybe we should do a class action.
