Last night I drove WAY out of city limits in a bad storm for a $50 Costco batch with 8 items and a $25 tip. Each item had specific and very long directions attached. It was all produce so each item said something like “check for mold, turn box over and make sure strawberries are not smashed, pick a date in the far away future” etc. I followed directions perfectly and communicated with the customer while shopping, as she was messaging me saying thank you and to be careful in the rain.
I thought I was going to Grandma’s house but instead a woman in her mid twenties answered the door. Before I was out of the neighborhood she changed the $25 tip to a $6 tip and this morning I find that she reported 2 bags of salad, a bag of peppers, a two pack of English cucumbers (wrapped in plastic), and a package of blueberries damaged and reported two packs of blackberries missing. She gave me a rating of 2 stars.
I reported her as fraud but seriously….how can your cucumbers be damaged? 😂 did I stab them with a knife?
I don’t know how people like this sleep at night.
