I've only been doing IC for a couple of weeks but finally got the hang of it. Today for the first time I had a tip taken away. It was 1 batch, 2 order for $29 and It took me past my comfort zone but alittle less than 1.5hrs son essentially $20/hr so I felt it was worth it. I finished it up and almost immediately I see $12 less than what it said before. So I looked into it and one of the customers took a $12 tip away. Nothing went wrong with the order, the store had all of the correct items, and the person didn't leave a review as to why I should have been punished. I think this is bullshit. So ot went from $20/hr to $12/hr where I could'veade more by staying in my area. What stops people from just adding a fatass tip to make sure their order gets picked up fast and is good service, just to take it away and screw the shopper over? I think to be able to take a tip away you should have to prove the was a messup and only a percentage of the messed up item should be penalized. Like if it's $100 worth or groceries with a $20 tip, and $20 worth is messed up, then you should only be able to take away $5.
